The FloPlast 110mm Underground Access Pipe is an essential component for plumbing contractors and homeowners managing residential drainage systems. Its primary benefit is providing a reliable point for inspection and maintenance, allowing for quick access to underground pipework to address blockages or perform routine testing. While highly durable and versatile, users should note that the side bosses require a dedicated hole cutter and specific boss adaptors to connect secondary waste pipes, which are not included with the unit.

Check the seal for debris or damage and ensure the lid is tightened evenly.
Verify that the correct boss adaptor was used and that the hole cut was the exact diameter required.
Ensure the pipe ends are chamfered and use a silicone-based lubricant to reduce friction.
Installation should be performed in line with standard drainage regulations. The pipe features a spigot/socket design for easy integration into existing 110mm runs. To utilize the side bosses, you must select the appropriate hole cutter size for your specific pipe diameter (32mm, 40mm, or 50mm) and ensure you use the corresponding FloPlast boss adaptor for a watertight seal.
Care involves regular inspection of the access lid. Ensure the seal remains free from grit or debris when closing the unit after maintenance to prevent leaks. Avoid using abrasive chemicals within the system that could damage the PVC-U material over time.
