Full details

Achieve accurate torque application and controlled screw tightening with this ESD torque screwdriver from Gedore. These calibrated torque screwdrivers are fast and accurate to set, ensuring sufficient but not excessive tightening. They are EPA compliant and safe to use around electronics, featuring integrated slipping technology to prevent under and over tightening for reliable accuracy. The comfort handle ensures a good grip and reduced operator fatigue. Manufactured from hard-wearing materials for a long service life, the micrometer setting scale is quick and clear to read for maximum productivity. Suitable for tightening fasteners to a specified torque in electrostatically sensitive areas and electronic component assembly. Classified to DIN EN ISO 6789:2017 Type II Class F, with a factory certificate allowing for traceable operations and calibrated to a permitted +/- 6 % deviation of the set torque. Features a precision radial ball clutch and cam design for controlled bi-directional tightening and a precision mechanism that slips noticeably when the set torque is reached. Automatic resetting to the starting position and fatigue-free working are ensured by an ergonomic hand grip and a smooth tool reset action. Calibration stickers can be easily applied to the purpose-designed nose. The pre-setting can be made at the factory or by the user on suitable torque testers. Models 4.5 and 13.5 include an additional sliding T-bar for ease of use. Includes test certificate according to DIN EN ISO 6789 and is delivered in sturdy cardboard packaging.
