Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your Idealist planters is straightforward. First, ensure the chosen surface is level to prevent uneven soil distribution. If placing on a patio, ensure drainage holes are clear and unobstructed to avoid waterlogging the roots.
- Placement: Choose a stable, flat base.
- Soil: Use a high-quality compost mix suited to your chosen plants.
- Drainage: Add a layer of gravel or hydroton at the bottom of the container to facilitate better drainage.
- Cleaning: Simply wipe down with a damp cloth or soft brush to remove dust or garden debris. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the hand-finished surface.
