The dock is universal for most smartphones, provided your charging cable is compatible with your device's port.
Yes, but the included braided cables are designed specifically to fit the dock's cable management channel for the best stability.
No, the Aquarius Desktop Charging Dock features a fixed, ergonomic angle designed for optimal viewing.
The finish is designed for durability; keeping the dock free from abrasive materials will help maintain its appearance.
The dock itself is a physical stand; your fast-charging capability depends on the wall adapter and the specific phone model you are using.
Ensure the cable is firmly snapped into the dock's base groove to provide the necessary friction to hold the phone upright.
Check that the braided cable is securely plugged into a high-amperage wall adapter rather than a low-power USB port on a computer.
Clean both the bottom of the dock and your desk surface with a damp cloth to remove dust, which can interfere with the grip.
Setting up the Aquarius dock is straightforward: simply thread your provided braided cable through the base and ensure it is secured in the cradle. Place the dock on a flat, stable surface for the best results. To maintain the gold finish, wipe the dock occasionally with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials that could scratch the surface. Ensure your charging cable is correctly seated in the dock’s groove to prevent strain on the charging port of your smartphone.
