FAQs
Does this set fit my 2016 VW Crafter?
No, this set is specifically designed for VW Crafter and MAN TGE models manufactured from 2017 onwards.
How many pieces are included in the set?
The set includes three pieces: one large windscreen blind and two side cab window blinds.
Can I drive with these blinds installed?
No, these are for stationary use only. Never drive while these blinds are covering your windows as they will obstruct your view.
What is the best way to clean the blinds?
Wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers on the reflective surface.
Do the blinds provide total blackout?
Yes, they are designed to cover the glass completely, offering privacy and blocking out external light.
What should I do if a suction cup goes missing?
Standard replacement suction cups compatible with internal thermal blinds are widely available at most camping supply retailers.
Troubleshooting
Suction cups keep falling off the glass
Clean the glass thoroughly and ensure no residue is present. If the cups are old, soak them in hot water to restore their shape.
Blinds are difficult to fold
Lay the blinds flat on a clean surface and fold along the natural seams to avoid damaging the insulation layers.

- Custom-tailored specifically for VW Crafter and MAN TGE models
- Provides significant thermal regulation in both hot and cold weather
- Easy to install and remove without the need for permanent modifications
- Excellent privacy for camping or overnight parking
- Reflective material helps prevent cabin overheating
Cons
- Requires manual suction cup maintenance to ensure a lasting seal
- Limited to front cab windows only
- Suction cups may lose grip if the glass surface is dirty or greasy
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your blinds perform at their peak, follow these guidelines:
- Pre-Installation Prep: Soak the provided suction cups in a bowl of warm water for 5-10 minutes prior to the first use to improve their flexibility and suction performance.
- Surface Cleaning: Always wipe the interior glass surface with a lint-free cloth and mild glass cleaner to remove dust or grease before installation.
- Application: Press the suction cups firmly against the glass. If a cup won't hold, moisten the rubber slightly to create a better vacuum seal.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the blinds neatly and store them in a cool, dry place to prevent creasing or damage to the reflective coating.
- Compatibility: This set is compatible with VW Crafter and MAN TGE vehicles produced from 2017 onwards.
