Troubleshooting
Vase has a small chip or scratch
For minor imperfections, a ceramic repair pen or touch-up paint might be used. For significant damage, it may need replacement. Handle with care.
Water is leaking from the vase
Ensure the vase is not cracked. If the leak is minor and from a hairline crack, a waterproof sealant suitable for ceramics might be applied to the exterior. However, if the vase is intended to hold water, a significant leak indicates damage.
High-gloss finish appears dull
Clean the vase with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. If the dullness persists, it may be due to product buildup; a diluted mild soap solution can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and drying.
