Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Connect the camera using its 3G-SDI, HDMI, or USB-C ports for video output. For IP-based operation, connect via Ethernet and ensure your network supports PoE+ for power delivery. Configure IP settings via the camera's web interface or compatible control software. The Micro Four-Thirds mount allows for easy lens attachment; ensure lenses are compatible and securely fastened.
Compatibility: The camera supports a range of IP protocols including NDI? HX2, RTMPS, and SRT, making it compatible with many broadcast and streaming software and hardware. It integrates with Panasonic's Media Production Suite for multi-camera control. Ensure your recording media (SD, SDHC, SDXC cards) are formatted and compatible with the camera's file system.
Care: Keep the lens clean using a soft, lint-free optical cloth. Avoid touching the lens surface with your fingers. The camera body can be wiped with a dry or slightly damp, soft cloth. Ensure ventilation ports are clear of dust and obstructions to prevent overheating. Store the camera in a protected environment when not in use.
