Troubleshooting
Sideboard is wobbly after assembly.
Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely. Check that the metal feet are correctly installed and even on the floor. If the floor is uneven, consider using small shims under the feet.
Drawers are not sliding smoothly.
Verify that the drawers are correctly aligned within their runners. Check for any obstructions inside the drawer channels. Ensure the sideboard itself is on a level surface.
Missing parts or damage upon arrival.
Contact customer support immediately with your order details and a description or photos of the issue. Do not attempt assembly if critical parts are missing or damaged.
