The ZERRO Wooden Gymnastic Rings are crafted from 100% birch, offering a thick, smooth, and solid construction with excellent grip, load-bearing capacity, and durability. They feature adjustable straps made of 4.5m durable material with solid metal buckles, allowing for height adjustment via a scale on the straps. The non-slip hand tapes provide a secure grip even with sweaty palms, protecting your hands and extending the life of the rings. These rings are ideal for strength training, suspension exercises, CrossFit, pull-ups, and dips, serving as perfect indoor exercise equipment. The birch rings measure 23.5x23.5x2.8cm, with an inner diameter of 18cm and outer diameter of 23.5cm. The straps measure 450x2.5 cm, and each ring has a maximum load-bearing capacity of up to 450 kg. The birch rings are 28mm thick.
