This Buffalo manual fill filter coffee maker is designed for pubs, cafes, and hotels, offering quick, fresh coffee brewed at the front of house in stylish glass jugs kept warm on individual hot plates. Its key benefit is portability and ease of use without a mains connection, making it versatile for various locations. A potential caveat is its manual fill nature, requiring water to be added for each brew cycle. Key features include dual independent hotplates, a 1.7L capacity, and durable construction for commercial use.

Simply pour fresh, cold water directly into the water reservoir located at the top of the machine up to the desired fill line before starting the brewing cycle.
The machine is designed for the included glass jug. A spare airpot (Code: CN641) is also available, which is ideal for keeping coffee hot for longer periods and for self-service.
This coffee maker has a power rating of 2.1kW.
It is recommended to descale the machine monthly, or more frequently if you have hard water, to maintain optimal performance and prevent damage.
While the glass jug can be washed with warm, soapy water, it is generally recommended to hand wash it to preserve its clarity and prevent potential damage from high dishwasher temperatures.
The coffee maker has a capacity of 1.7 litres.
Check that the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the 'on' position.
Verify that the water reservoir has been filled with water. Ensure the coffee filter and grounds are correctly placed and the jug is positioned on the hotplate.
Ensure both the upper and lower hotplates are switched on and functioning. Check that the glass jug is properly seated on the lower hotplate.
The machine may require descaling. Follow the descaling instructions in the 'Care' section to remove mineral buildup.
Check that the water reservoir is not overfilled. Ensure the glass jug and filter holder are correctly seated and that there are no cracks in the reservoir or jug.
