FAQs

Is this dinner set safe for use in the oven?

The product is specified as microwave and freezer safe, but it is not intended for high-heat conventional oven use.

Are all 24 pieces identical in design?

No, the set features an assortment of complementary hand-painted pastel colors and patterns, which gives the collection its unique, artisan look.

How heavy are the plates?

Being crafted from durable stoneware, the plates have a substantial, high-quality weight compared to lighter ceramic or porcelain alternatives.

Will the hand-painted finish fade in the dishwasher?

The set is designed for dishwasher use, but to maintain the vibrancy of the hand-painted finish over the long term, avoiding harsh abrasive detergents is recommended.

What is included in the 24-piece pack?

The 24-piece pack typically provides a balanced assortment of dinner plates, side plates, and bowls to accommodate large groups or daily family requirements.

Troubleshooting

Stubborn food residue on textured surfaces

Soak the piece in warm soapy water for 15 minutes before using a soft sponge to gently remove the debris.

Minor dullness after frequent dishwasher use

Ensure you are using a high-quality rinse aid and check that your dishwasher's water hardness settings are correct.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Unique hand-painted aesthetic adds character to any table
  • Comprehensive 24-piece set is excellent for large households
  • Durable stoneware build quality
  • Versatile for microwave, freezer, and dishwasher use

Cons

  • Hand-painted variations may not appeal to those seeking perfectly uniform sets
  • Larger 24-piece sets require significant storage cabinet space
  • Stoneware can be heavier than porcelain or bone china alternatives

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before initial use, wash all pieces in warm soapy water to ensure they are clean from packaging. While the dinnerware is dishwasher safe, it is recommended to arrange the pieces securely in your dishwasher rack to prevent rattling and potential chipping against other items. For hand washing, use a non-abrasive cloth to preserve the hand-painted finish. Avoid extreme temperature shocks; for example, do not transfer a plate directly from a freezing environment into a preheated oven, as this can cause thermal stress to the ceramic material.
