The PLANET MGSW-24160F is a managed L2+ Gigabit Ethernet network switch designed for long-reach network applications. It features 16 100/1000Mbps dual speed SFP Fiber ports and 8 10/100/1000Mbps TP ports, offering a non-blocking switch fabric with wire-speed throughput of up to 48 Gbps. This switch operates effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees C. The "Front Access" design facilitates easy wiring and maintenance. It supports advanced management functions, including flexibility with mini-GBIC slots for various SFP transceivers to extend transmission distances up to 120 kilometers. The switch includes an intelligent SFP-DDM function for real-time monitoring of SFP parameters, and offers AC and DC redundant power for continuous operation and telecom-level device application. It also features an effective alarm alert system, digital input/output for external alarms, IPv6/IPv4 dual stack support, and Layer 3 IPv4 and IPv6 VLAN routing.
