Holzmann Disc Sander - 254mm

Simply peel off the old disc and attach a new one using the hook and loop system. Make sure the disc is centered and firmly attached.

Use standard 254mm sanding discs. The grit of the disc will depend on the project; start with a coarser grit for material removal and switch to a finer grit for finishing.

Loosen the locking mechanism on the table and tilt it to the desired angle. Secure the table by tightening the locking mechanism.

Insert the mitre gauge into the slot on the sanding table. Adjust the angle to match the desired angle for your workpiece.

Always wear safety glasses and a dust mask. Ensure the workpiece is firmly held against the disc and avoid applying excessive pressure.

Clean the sander after each use or when dust accumulates. Regularly inspect and clean the motor housing to prevent dust buildup.
