This CAT III auto-ranging clamp meter from Laser Tools is designed for measuring voltages, current, resistance, diodes, continuity, capacitance, frequency, and temperatures on both AC and DC electrical systems and equipment. The clamp design allows for safe measurement of high draw currents (up to 400 amps) without disconnecting the circuit, making it ideal for checking starter motor amps draw and alternator output under load. It features an easy-to-read LCD screen and a large clamp. The meter is auto-ranging and includes a data hold function, diode test, continuity test, relative measurement, and a low battery indicator.
