Use a slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the affected area. For tougher marks, use a mild soap solution on the cloth, then wipe with a clean damp cloth. Always air dry.

This is normal for this type of material. The backpack will better retain its shape when items are packed inside. Consider using packing cubes or smaller bags for better internal organization.
