Evolution R225DWS Telescopic Dry Wall Sander - 225 mm

A shop vacuum is recommended for optimal dust extraction, but any vacuum cleaner with a compatible hose can be used.

Start with a coarser grit (60-80) to remove material and switch to a finer grit (120-150) for smoothing. The included discs cover a range of grits.

The Evolution R225DWS has a variable speed control. Refer to the product manual for instructions on adjusting the speed settings.

Use a damp cloth to wipe down the exterior of the sander. Avoid getting moisture inside the motor. Clean the sanding pad and dust extraction system after each use.

The sander weighs 5.8 kg.

Check the power cord and outlet. Ensure the sander is properly plugged in and that the outlet is working. Check the fuse.

Check the sanding disc. Make sure it is securely attached and not damaged. Replace the sanding disc if necessary. Check if the head is securely attached.

Ensure the vacuum hose is properly connected to both the sander and the vacuum cleaner. Check the vacuum cleaner's filter and empty the dust collection bag/container if full.

Use a finer grit sanding disc. Apply even pressure and move the sander slowly across the surface. Ensure the sanding disc is in good condition.
