The Proxxon MICROMOT 230/E is a versatile tool designed for a wide range of applications including drilling, milling, grinding, polishing, brushing, cutting, and engraving. Its extremely slim housing, made from glass-fibre reinforced polyamide with a soft grip area, allows for comfortable pen grip handling. The tool features a special balanced, low-noise DC motor with variable speed control, ranging from 21,500rpm down to 6,500rpm, all while maintaining consistent torque at lower speeds, which is crucial for detailed work. It is equipped with a ground, ball-bearing spindle and high-quality MICROMOT steel collets. The unit operates via a corded connection and weighs 0.27 kg. It includes 6 collets and has a 20mm system adaptation for use with MICROMOT drilling and horizontal stands. For optimal performance, it is recommended to allow a 10-minute rest after 5 minutes of continuous full-speed operation.
