Setup, Compatibility & Care

  1. Setup: Place the Mancala board between two players. Distribute four glass beads into each of the six smaller holes (pits) on each side of the board. The larger holes at each end are the player's store.
  2. Gameplay: Players take turns picking up all the beads from one of their pits and sowing them one at a time into subsequent holes, including their own store but not their opponent's store. If the last bead sown lands in the player's store, they get another turn. If the last bead sown lands in an empty pit on the player's side, and the opposite pit has beads, the player captures both sets of beads and places them in their store.
  3. Winning: The game ends when one player's side is empty. The other player collects any remaining beads and places them in their store. The player with the most beads in their store wins.
  4. Care: Wipe the wooden board with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust or debris. Avoid exposing the board to excessive moisture or direct sunlight.
