FAQs

How do I use the self-cleaning function?

Refer to the user manual for specific instructions. Generally, it involves filling the tank, heating the iron, and activating the self-cleaning cycle.

What kind of water should I use?

It is recommended to use tap water. However, if your tap water is hard, using distilled water will prolong the life of your steam generator iron.

How often should I use the anti-calc system?

Use the anti-calc system regularly, as indicated in the user manual. This will prevent mineral buildup and maintain the iron's performance.

Can I iron delicate fabrics?

Yes, but use a lower steam setting or the vertical steaming function. Always check the garment care label first.

What do I do if the iron stops producing steam?

Check the water level, ensure the iron is heated, and check the steam setting. If the problem persists, perform the self-cleaning function.

How do I store the steam generator iron?

Allow the iron to cool down, empty the water tank, and store it in a dry place.

What is the warranty period for this product?

This product comes with a 12-month warranty.

Troubleshooting

Steam iron not producing steam.

Check if the water tank is filled. Ensure the iron has heated up properly, and that the steam setting is selected.

Iron is leaking water.

Allow the iron to cool down and ensure the water tank is correctly installed. Check the soleplate for any obstructions.

Iron leaves spots on the fabric.

Clean the soleplate and ensure the water tank is filled with fresh water. Avoid using tap water unless you regularly use the anti-calc function.

The iron does not turn on.

Check the power cord and outlet for proper connections. Ensure the iron is turned on using the power button.
