FAQs

Are these earmuffs machine washable?

No, you should never machine wash these earmuffs. Spot clean only with a damp cloth if necessary and allow them to air dry away from direct heat.

Can these be worn by adults?

These earmuffs are specifically designed for the kids' age group and may be too small for most adults.

Will they keep my ears warm in wet snow?

Sheepskin is not waterproof. They are best suited for dry, cold weather. If they get soaked, let them air dry slowly away from direct heat sources.

Is the headband flexible?

Yes, the headband has a degree of natural flexibility to accommodate different head shapes, but it is not manually adjustable.

Do they provide noise cancellation?

These are primarily for warmth and do not offer electronic or active noise cancellation, though the thick sheepskin provides a slight muffling effect.

Troubleshooting

Earmuffs feel loose on the head

Ensure the headband is positioned correctly at the crown of the head. Since the band is not adjustable, try wearing a thin beanie underneath for a tighter fit.

Sheepskin looks matted

Gently use a soft brush to fluff the fibers back up, taking care not to pull or tear the material.

Pros and Cons

Not suitable for use in heavy precipitation or wet conditions

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These earmuffs are ready to wear right out of the box. To maintain their longevity, avoid submerging them in water or exposing them to excessive moisture, as this can degrade the sheepskin. If they become dusty, gently brush the surface with a soft-bristled brush. Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the shape of the headband. Do not use chemical cleaners or detergents on the sheepskin.
