Plumbright Condensate Pump - BC ON DP

It is recommended to inspect and clean the pump every 3-6 months, depending on usage and water quality.

The pump comes with a flexible drain hose. Ensure that any replacement hose is compatible with the materials being pumped.

Immediately disconnect the power supply and inspect the pump and associated plumbing for blockages or leaks. Check the float switch and the drain line.

The pump is designed for indoor installation. Protect the pump from weather elements if installed outdoors.

The high-level safety switch is a safety feature that shuts off the boiler if the pump fails, preventing potential water damage.

The pump has a thermal overload protection. If the pump stops working and does not turn on, it may have tripped the overload. Allow it to cool and reset.

Check for leaks in the boiler system or the pump itself. Inspect the float switch for any debris causing it to stick.

Ensure the pump is installed on a level surface. Check for any obstructions or loose parts. Reduce vibration by using rubber pads.
