FAQs
What is the weight capacity of each chair?
While specific weight capacities are not provided, the stable aluminum frame is designed for standard adult use.
Can the cushions be machine washed?
It is recommended to check the care label on the cushions. Typically, spot cleaning with mild soap and water is advised, and machine washing may not be suitable for the polyester fabric or padding.
Does the set come with a parasol?
No, the parasol is not included with the dining set. The tabletop features a hole designed to accommodate a standard parasol.
How much assembly is required?
The set requires some assembly, primarily attaching the legs to the table. Detailed instructions are provided in the user manual.
What is the warranty period?
The dining set comes with a 2-year guarantee, as stated in the product specifications.
Is the white color prone to chipping?
The aluminum frame is powder-coated for durability. While generally resistant, chipping is possible with significant impact. Proper care can help maintain the finish.
Can this set be used indoors?
While designed for outdoor use, the set can be used indoors if space permits. However, its materials are optimized for outdoor conditions.
Troubleshooting
Table or chairs feel wobbly.
Ensure all screws and bolts are fully tightened. Check that the set is placed on a level surface.
Cushions becoming stained.
Spot clean immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Aluminum frame shows minor scratches.
Use a non-abrasive metal polish suitable for aluminum. For minor marks, a soft cloth buff may suffice.
Color fading on cushions or frame.
While UV resistant, prolonged extreme sun exposure can cause fading. Store cushions indoors when not in use and consider using a cover for the set during peak sun hours if fading is a concern.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Assembly is typically straightforward, though specific instructions should be followed from the included manual. Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened before use. The table requires minimal assembly, often just attaching legs.
Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use on patios, decks, or lawns. The parasol hole accommodates standard-sized umbrella poles. Ensure the ground surface is level for optimal stability.
Care:
- Frame: Wipe the aluminum frame clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface. Dry thoroughly.
- Cushions: The polyester cushions should be spot cleaned with a mild detergent and water. For deeper cleaning or storage, remove the covers if possible and wash according to their care label. It is recommended to store cushions indoors during prolonged periods of wet weather or when not in use to prolong their life.
