FAQs
Are the utensils dishwasher safe?
The plastic utensils are generally dishwasher safe, but the bamboo lid must be hand-washed to maintain its structure.
Can I fit other items in the container?

Is the straw made of plastic or bamboo?
The straw is included as part of the plastic utensil component of the set.
How do I clean the straw effectively?
Use the provided pipe cleaner to gently scrub the interior of the straw with warm, soapy water after each use.
Is the set BPA free?
Yes, the Floso set is constructed using materials selected for everyday safety and food contact suitability.
Troubleshooting
Bamboo lid feels tight or difficult to slide
Ensure the utensils are laid completely flat inside the base to prevent them from pushing up against the lid.
Discoloration on the bamboo components
Apply a small amount of food-grade mineral oil to the bamboo surface periodically to restore its luster and moisture resistance.
Pros and Cons

- Simple, understated aesthetic
- Easy to wash and maintain
Cons
- Bamboo lid is not dishwasher safe

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Using this set is straightforward: simply arrange the utensils inside the base and secure them with the bamboo lid. For care, it is highly recommended to hand wash the bamboo lid and dry it immediately with a soft cloth to avoid warping or mold growth. The PP plastic utensils are generally safe for daily washing; however, ensure all components are completely dry before closing the container to prevent trapped moisture. The set is compatible with most standard lunch bags and can easily be tucked into side pockets or backpack dividers due to its slim, rectangular profile.
