Troubleshooting
Vase arrived with a chip or crack
Inspect the vase immediately upon receipt. If damage is found, contact the retailer or Gifts Direct 2 U customer service with your order details and photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
Uneven or undesirable paint swirls
As variations are inherent to the design, minor differences in swirl placement or intensity are normal. If the pattern is significantly different from what is expected or appears defective, please contact customer support.
Glass appears cloudy after use
This is likely due to mineral deposits from water. Gently clean the interior with a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water, let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly and dry.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: No assembly is required. Simply place the vase on a stable, level surface. If using for flowers, fill with water and arrange stems as desired.
Compatibility: This vase is compatible with both fresh and artificial floral arrangements. It is also suitable for display on its own as a decorative object.
Care: To maintain its pristine appearance, hand wash gently with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the glass or damage the painted finish. Dry thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth. Due to the nature of the painted swirls, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight which may cause fading over time.
