- Preparation: Ensure the waste outlet and the drain pipe are clean and free of debris.
- Measurement: Measure the distance between the waste outlet and the drain pipe to determine the required length.
- Cutting: If necessary, cut the connector to the desired length.
- Solvent Welding: Apply solvent cement to both the male end of the connector and the inside of the drain pipe or fitting. Refer to the solvent cement's instructions for appropriate application.
- Connection: Insert the connector into the drain pipe and the waste outlet, ensuring a secure and tight fit. Use the fixing hook to secure the connection further.
- Curing: Allow the solvent cement to cure completely according to the manufacturer's instructions before testing the connection.
Compatibility: This connector is compatible with standard 1 1/4" waste outlets and 32mm drain pipes.
Care: Regularly check the connection for leaks. Clean the connector and the drain pipe to prevent build-up. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the plastic.
