No, the duckling is handcrafted from sustainable bamboo wood.
No, because each duckling is painted and carved by hand, there will be slight variations in finish and color, making each piece unique.
The duckling stands approximately 18 cm tall.
The duckling is designed primarily for indoor use and should be protected from harsh weather, moisture, and extreme direct sunlight to preserve the paintwork.
The DCUK Duckling is a decorative ornament and is not intended to be used as a toy for young children.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust. Avoid water and chemical cleaning agents.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a can of compressed air to gently remove dust from the textured areas of the toadstool hat.
Ensure the surface is level; if necessary, apply a small, clear adhesive furniture pad to the base to improve stability.
Setting up your DCUK Duckling is straightforward: simply place it on a flat, stable surface away from direct, high-intensity heat sources which could potentially affect the natural bamboo or paint over long periods. As for maintenance, keep the duckling looking its best by dusting it regularly with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive scrubbers, or submerging the ornament in water, as these can damage the hand-painted finish and the bamboo material. Ensure it is kept out of reach of small children, as its small parts and delicate hand-painted finish make it an adult-oriented display item.
