Full details
Korsteel's rubber bit guards are used with loose ring bits to prevent the cheeks from pinching and rubbing the corners of the mouth. To put them onto the bit, it is best to leave the guards in very hot water for a short period of time in order to make them more pliable. These guards protect your horse's sensitive mouth corners from rubbing and pinching caused by the bit. Designed to stretch over the rings of the bit.
