Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Preparation: Ensure the heating system is cold before starting. Turn off the boiler and allow the system to cool down.
- Dosage: Add the recommended amount of Sentinel X400 to the system. Consult the product label for specific dosage instructions, typically one liter for systems with 8-10 radiator panels.
- Circulation: Turn on the heating system and allow it to circulate for at least 2 hours, or as directed on the product label. This allows the cleaner to work its way through the system.
- Flushing: After circulation, thoroughly flush the system to remove all traces of the cleaner and dislodged sludge. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for flushing.
- Refill & Check: Refill the system with fresh water and add a corrosion inhibitor to protect against future sludge formation. Check for leaks after refilling.
Compatibility: Sentinel X400 is compatible with all common central heating system materials, including steel, iron, copper, and plastic.
Care: Store the product in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Always follow the safety instructions on the product label.
