FAQs
What is the weight capacity of this bar stool?
This stool is designed for standard residential use; however, for safety, we recommend not exceeding typical weight loads for domestic bar seating.
Can the stool be used on hardwood floors?
Yes, but it is recommended to use felt pads under the corners of the square base to prevent scratching the floor surface.
How do I adjust the height?
There is a lever located just under the seat; lift it while no weight is on the chair to raise it, or sit on it and pull the lever to lower it.
Is the upholstery genuine leather?
No, it features a high-quality leather-effect PU upholstery that provides a similar aesthetic with easier maintenance.
Does the stool come assembled?
The stool requires simple home assembly, and all necessary tools are typically included in the box.
Troubleshooting

Setup: The stool arrives in a flat-pack format. Follow the included instructions to attach the base to the pneumatic lift column before securing the seat. Ensure all bolts are tightened with the provided hex key to prevent wobbling.
Compatibility: With a maximum height of 103cm, this stool is compatible with standard kitchen islands and bar counters ranging from 90cm to 105cm.
Care: To maintain the finish, wipe the upholstery regularly with a damp, soft cloth using mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or sharp objects near the white leather effect material. Periodically check the base and bolts for tightness as part of standard maintenance.
