Setting up the adapter is straightforward: simply plug the integrated USB-C cable into the USB-C port of your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The device is automatically recognized by Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS devices without the need for additional drivers.
Compatibility Notes:
- Ensure your host device supports USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode if you intend to use the HDMI or VGA ports.
- The USB-A port supports peripherals; if connecting mobile devices, ensure your host supports USB OTG (On-the-Go).
Care Instructions:
- Keep the adapter in a dry, cool environment (0 to 45 °C during operation).
- Avoid bending the integrated cable at sharp angles to maintain internal integrity.
- Clean the exterior with a dry, soft cloth; do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
