The Teeven Multi Angle Mitre Shear Cutter is an essential hand tool for flooring contractors, DIY enthusiasts, and woodworkers looking to achieve precise miter cuts in soft materials like PVC piping, quarter round, and tile trim. Its primary strength lies in its adjustable angle guide, which significantly accelerates projects compared to traditional hand saws; however, users must be aware that this tool is strictly intended for non-metallic applications and cannot be used on metal or stainless steel surfaces.

No, this tool is strictly for soft materials like PVC, wood trim, and tack strips. Using it on metal will damage or break the blade.
Yes, the blade is designed to be replaceable to ensure the tool remains effective over a long period of use.
The Teeven Multi Angle Mitre Shear weighs approximately 0.9 lbs.
The tool supports cuts at 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, and 135 degrees.
It is intended for light materials like quarter round and trim. It may not be suitable for dense, thick hardwood.
Keep it clean, free of debris, and occasionally oil the pivot point to ensure smooth movement.
The blade has likely become dull; replace the blade with a fresh unit.
Check the pivot bolt for tightness and ensure the debris is cleared from the locking notches.
Apply steady pressure and ensure the material is centered; do not force the tool if the material exceeds recommended thickness.
No assembly is required out of the box. To maintain the tool, ensure the pivot point remains lubricated with a light machine oil. Keep the blade area clean of debris or plastic shavings after each use to ensure the mechanism closes fully. If the cut quality begins to degrade, inspect the blade for nicks and replace it using the manufacturer's recommended replacement part. Always ensure the material being cut is held firmly against the fence to prevent wandering during the shear process.
