The Pentel E-Sharp mechanical pencil is an ideal choice for students, office professionals, and drafters who value efficiency and consistent line quality. Its core advantage lies in its advanced lead-maximising technology, which ensures you use almost every millimeter of lead, significantly reducing waste. While this four-pack offers great variety with its distinct barrel colors, users should note that the pencils are designed specifically for use with standard 0.5mm lead refills and may not be compatible with thicker drafting leads.

The Pentel E-Sharp is designed specifically for 0.5mm lead.
Yes, the erasers are replaceable when worn down.
Each pencil comes pre-equipped with two hi-polymer HB leads.
While it can technically fit, it is optimized for standard graphite lead. Using color lead may clog the internal mechanism.
This pack includes four pencils in green, pink, sky blue, and violet.
Check the reservoir to ensure it is not empty. If full, clear any broken lead shards from the tip of the pencil.
Ensure you are not extending the lead too far out of the sleeve; only advance 1-2mm at a time.
To begin using the Pentel E-Sharp, simply click the top cap to advance the lead. To refill, pull off the eraser cap and insert new 0.5mm lead sticks into the reservoir. Keep the internal mechanism free of debris by occasionally tapping the pencil downward to clear any graphite dust. When the eraser becomes worn, pull the old eraser unit out and replace it with a compatible Pentel replacement eraser. Store the pencils in a case to protect the lead sleeve from bending.
