The DeWalt DCMST561 is a lightweight, ergonomic cordless string trimmer. It features a high-powered 18V XR Li-Ion battery format coupled with a brushless motor for a long run time. This trimmer offers 2 speed modes (0-4,600 and 0-6,000 rpm) for light or heavier cutting, and a Quickload™ bump system and spool with 2mm x 7.5m line for efficient cutting through overgrowth and weeds. The patented split shaft mechanism allows for easy transportation and storage, and an adjustable handle provides extended use and user comfort. It has a 36cm cutting width, 2 speed modes, and a variable trigger for power control. The Quickload™ bump system and spool with 2mm x 7.5m line is supplied for heavy duty cutting. The split shaft mechanism, along with an enclosed mechanism, protects the cord from damage or fraying. Engineered to handle challenging tasks, it ensures precision and impressive cutting results. The Quick Load™ bump spool system rapidly and efficiently reloads the line. Available as a body-only unit or with a 1 x 5.0Ah battery and multi-voltage charger included.
