This is a genuine OE Denso Intercooler, also known as a Charger. The intercooler functions as a heat exchanger, cooling the compressed air leaving the turbocharger before it enters the engine's induction system. Its use is increasing due to the growth of supercharged engines. The unit is made of aluminium with core dimensions of Length: 572 mm, Width: 130 mm, and Depth: 52 mm. It is compatible with the OEM reference FIAT51887954. It fits the FIAT 500L (351_, 352_) 0.9 (199LYC1B) Hatchback Petrol model from September 2012 onwards, with 8 valves, 105 BHP and 77 KW. It also fits the FIAT 500L (351_, 352_) 0.9 Natural Power (199LYC1B) Hatchback Petrol/Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) model from March 2013 onwards, with 8 valves.
