Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the compressor is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Connect the power cord to a suitable 230V power outlet.
- Connect your air tool to the quick-release connector on the control panel.
- Adjust the integrated air regulator to the desired pressure for your tool.
- Turn on the compressor. It will fill the tank and then cycle automatically to maintain pressure.
Compatibility:
This compressor is designed for use with standard pneumatic air tools that require an input of up to 6.2 CFM. It is ideal for tools used in joinery, installation, and finishing work.
Care & Maintenance:
- Oil-Free Design: No oil changes or checks are required.
- Drain Valve: Regularly drain the air tank by opening the drain valve at the bottom to remove accumulated moisture. This is crucial to prevent corrosion.
- Air Filter: Periodically inspect and clean or replace the air intake filter if it becomes dirty to ensure optimal performance.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth as needed. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
