The Genuen Rectangular Cold Water Tank Jacket is an essential insulation solution for homeowners and facility managers aiming to protect 25-gallon (114-litre) water storage tanks from thermal fluctuations. It provides superior temperature stability to prevent freezing in harsh weather and reduces energy consumption by minimizing heat loss, though it is specifically tailored for 25-gallon rectangular configurations and may not fit uniquely shaped or non-standard sized vessels.

No, this specific model is designed strictly for 25-gallon (114-litre) rectangular tanks. You would need to look at the larger Genuen 50-gallon variant for bigger tanks.
The material is moisture-resistant, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments where exposure to dampness is possible.
No tools are required. The jacket uses a secure fastening system designed for manual installation.
Yes, this product is fully compliant with water bylaw 30.
No, this jacket is specifically engineered for rectangular tank profiles.
Re-adjust the fastening system to ensure maximum tension and that the material overlaps correctly.
The product is compression-packed; lay the sections flat for several hours to allow the insulation to regain its full thickness.
Installation is straightforward and requires no specialist tools. Unroll the compression-packed material and allow it to expand for a few minutes. Wrap the two-piece jacket around your 25-gallon rectangular tank, ensuring the fasteners are aligned and tightened securely. Check that all sides are covered evenly. This product is compatible with standard 25-gallon (114-litre) rectangular water storage tanks. Maintenance is minimal; periodically inspect the fasteners for tension and wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth if dust or debris accumulates. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may degrade the moisture-resistant outer layer.
