Refer to the product sizing chart for chest measurements: S (96-101 CM), M (101-106 CM), L (106-111 CM). Measure your chest circumference and select the size that provides a snug but comfortable fit, allowing for full range of motion.

While the vest is designed for optimal compatibility with the included soft running bottle, it may accommodate other soft flasks of similar dimensions. However, we cannot guarantee the same level of secure fit or bounce-free performance with third-party bottles.

Hand wash the vest in cool water with mild detergent and air dry. For the soft bottle, rinse thoroughly after each use; for deep cleaning, use a bottle brush with mild soap, rinse well, and air dry completely to prevent odors and mold.

The MP Hydration Vest is not fully waterproof. It is designed to be breathable and moisture-wicking. While pockets may offer some water resistance for light splashes, prolonged exposure to heavy rain could result in contents getting wet. Consider using waterproof pouches for sensitive electronics in adverse weather.

The vest features multiple pockets designed for essentials such as your smartphone, keys, energy gels, small snacks, a compact first-aid kit, and additional soft flasks or bottles.

Ensure all straps (chest and side) are adjusted snugly, but not so tight as to restrict breathing. Distribute items evenly in the pockets to balance weight. Ensure the soft bottle is inserted correctly and fully compressed as you drink.

Ensure you have selected the correct size based on your chest measurements. Adjust all straps to evenly distribute tension. Wear a technical running shirt to create a barrier between the vest and your skin. Some runners apply anti-chafing balm to potential friction points.

Check that the bottle cap or bite valve is securely tightened and properly seated. Ensure the bottle itself is not punctured or damaged. If the issue persists, inspect the cap/valve for any defects or blockages.

Make sure all pocket zippers or closures are fully secured. If pockets are only partially filled, consider adding a small, soft item to fill the space, or choose smaller items that fit snugly. Distribute weight as evenly as possible across the vest.

Use a dedicated bottle brush to reach all internal surfaces. For odors, a mixture of baking soda and water can be left in the bottle overnight, then rinsed thoroughly. Always ensure the bottle is completely dry before storing it to prevent mildew and smells.
