Setup, Compatibility & Care
To get the best performance, ensure your surfaces are dry and free of dust before starting. For setup, simply choose the brush or roller sleeve that matches the color-coded guide for your paint type (emulsion vs. gloss).
Regarding care, it is vital to clean your tools immediately after use to prevent paint from drying into the bristles or roller fabric. Emulsion-based tools should be washed thoroughly in warm, soapy water until the water runs clear. Ensure all tools are completely dry before storing them in a cool, dry place to prevent rusting of the metal components or mold growth on the handles. Avoid using harsh solvents unless specifically required by the paint manufacturer, as these can degrade the handle materials over time.
