It has a 37 fl.oz / 1100ml boiler capacity and patented safety valves with stainless steel ball bearings and springs for durability and safety. The Moka Express is the original stovetop espresso maker, dating back to 1933, offering the authentic Italian coffee preparation experience. It is made in Italy and suitable for gas, electric, and induction stovetops (with an adapter). To prepare coffee, fill the boiler to the safety valve, add ground coffee without pressing, close the pot, and place it on the stovetop. Remove from heat when it starts to gurgle. Cleaning instructions: rinse with clean water only, do not use detergents or a dishwasher, as this will damage the product and alter the coffee taste. This model makes 18 cups of espresso coffee.
