This CK Tools RedLine VDE Combination Plier features a new improved handle design made with 30% more material. The rounded handle design reduces fatigue and improves comfort in use. It has a two-component ergonomic handle design with anti-slip horns for increased comfort, control, and safety. The plier is lanyard-ready with fully integrated tether connection points in each handle, fully conforming to VDE. Optional lanyards are available to ensure compliance to ANSI Standard for safe working at height. It is VDE approved and individually tested to 10,000 V for safe live working up to 1,000 V. The induction hardened jaws provide outstanding long-term performance, and the cutting jaws have C.K optimised geometry. Made from drop-forged special alloy steel, it conforms to VDE0682/201; EN60900; ISO5746. Cutting capacities: hard: 2 mm / medium hard: 3.1 mm / soft: 3.8 mm.
