Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup

Installation: The Rangemaster Estel Deluxe requires professional installation due to the gas connection. Ensure a qualified technician connects the cooker to the gas supply and electrical outlet.
Leveling: Use the adjustable feet to ensure the cooker is level and stable on the floor.
Initial Burn-In: Before the first use, run the oven at a high temperature for about 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.

Compatibility

Fuel Type: This range cooker is dual fuel: the hob operates on gas, and the ovens are electric.
Electrical Requirements: The cooker requires a 32A connection and operates at 230-400V.
Space Requirements: Ensure there is enough space in your kitchen for the cooker, considering both its dimensions (895mm (H) x 900mm (W) x 654mm (D)) and the necessary clearances around it.

Care

Cleaning: Regularly clean the hob and oven. Use a non-abrasive cleaner to wipe down the surfaces. The stay-clean liners in the oven help to reduce the need for intensive cleaning.
Hob Maintenance: Clean the hob after each use to prevent spills from burning onto the surface. The cast iron pan supports can be removed and cleaned separately.
Oven Cleaning: Wipe down the oven after each use to prevent the build-up of food residue. The stay-clean liners will help with this, but it's important to remove any major spills promptly.
