ROC offers a wide range of standard and heavy-duty replacement springs, manufactured in Sweden using cold coiling technology. Each spring undergoes a multi-stage process, including shot peening to improve fatigue strength and prevent breakage. ROC springs are protected from corrosion by Zinc Phosphate, which offers sacrificial protection, and are further coated with epoxy powder resin paint via electrostatics. All springs are inspected and tested to meet high quality standards and are marked with a production code and batch number for traceability. For safety, suspension springs must be replaced in axle pairs to avoid vehicle imbalance. Ensure correct spring size and end shapes before fitment, and follow repair manual instructions for safe installation by a competent person using special tools. Check spring pans, bushings, and link-arms for damage, and ensure springs are correctly located after installation. Wheel alignment should also be checked. ROC springs are manufactured in accordance with ISO9001 & ISO14001, and in an IATF16949 environment.
