The Rapesco SP-64 is a robust, all-metal stapling plier designed for office professionals, mail room staff, and home users who require a reliable tool for repetitive tasks. Its primary strength lies in its durable construction and ergonomic design, though users should note it is limited to a 12-sheet stapling capacity. This traditional plier offers a 45mm throat depth and utilizes a flat clinch mechanism to ensure documents lay neatly stacked, making it an essential utility for light-duty organization.

The SP-64 can staple up to 12 sheets of standard 80gsm paper.
No, it requires specific Rapesco 64 (6/4mm) or 21/4mm staples.
Flat clinch means the staple ends are folded completely flat against the paper, rather than rounded, creating thinner stacks.
The throat depth is 45mm, allowing for deeper reach into the document.
Yes, it is backed by a 3-year manufacturer guarantee.
Ensure you are using the correct staple size (6/4mm or 21/4mm) and that the paper stack does not exceed 12 sheets.
Check the exit channel for debris or bent staple fragments and clear the area.
Check if there is a misaligned staple in the feeding track and verify that the spring mechanism is free of obstruction.
Setting up the SP-64 involves a simple top-loading process to insert the staples. To maintain longevity, ensure you only use the Rapesco 64 (6/4mm) or 21/4mm staples. Keep the device dry and free of debris, as dust can accumulate in the mechanism over time. If the stapler is not in use for extended periods, store it in a cool, dry place to protect the metal finish. The build quality is high, but avoid forcing the device if a staple becomes jammed, as excessive pressure may damage the internal springs.
