Yes, this adhesive is suitable for paste-the-wall applications by applying the paste directly to the wall surface.
No, this adhesive is specifically formulated to be mixed with cold water.
You should leave the mixture to stand for 3 minutes after the initial stir before giving it a final thorough mix.
It is not designed for damp walls. You must ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Treat any risk of mould with a Fungicidal Wash first.
Heavy and embossed papers should be soaked with the paste until they become supple before hanging to ensure proper adhesion.
The adhesive features excellent slip properties, which allow you to slide the paper strips into the correct position on the wall until the patterns match perfectly.
Ensure you are adding the flakes to the water while stirring briskly, and allow the recommended 3 minutes of standing time before a final vigorous stir.
Ensure that adhesive is applied generously to the edges of the paper and that the surface was properly sized if it was highly absorbent.
Clean splashes immediately with a damp sponge; do not rub, as this may damage the wallpaper texture.
To prepare the adhesive, pour the required volume of cold water into a clean bucket. Gradually sprinkle the flake contents into the water while stirring briskly for 30 seconds. Let the mixture stand for 3 minutes, then stir thoroughly again. Before application, ensure your wall surface is clean, dry, and dust-free. If the wall is prone to mould, treat it first with a Fungicidal Wash. If you are working on highly absorbent surfaces, apply a sizing agent first and allow it to dry completely. Always refer to the wallpaper manufacturer's specific instructions regarding soaking times and application methods.
