The brake devices of the VersiBrake series are characterized by the following features: DC brake with one-way rectification, microcontroller synchronization, suitable for all unsynchronized motors. They offer simple installation, even in existing systems, and wear and maintenance-free operation. Designed for snapping onto a 35 mm standard strip, they have a protection class of IP 20. Operational areas include sawing machines, centrifuges, wood processing machines, textile machines, and conveyor systems. This 400V 30A electronic DC brake unit is a DIN-rail mounted device that performs DC braking on all asynchronous and single-phase motors. An integrated braking contactor and adjustable standstill threshold allow for adjustment to different motor types.
