This guide is designed for individuals who want to understand and care for their Carvela Sonata Platform Heels. These heels offer a stylish and elevated look, thanks to their crystal-embellished fabric and platform design. However, it's important to note that the delicate embellishments require careful handling to maintain their appearance.
Gently wipe the embellished fabric with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
Store the heels in a dust bag or box when not in use to protect the embellishments and maintain their condition.
If minor embellishments fall off, try to reattach them with fabric glue. For significant damage, consult a professional shoe repair service.
It is not recommended to wear these heels in the rain or any wet conditions as it may damage the embellishments and the fabric.
These heels are best suited for events such as parties or weddings. They pair well with dresses or formal outfits.
For any deep cleaning or repair, it is advised to consult a professional shoe cleaner or repair service.
If minor embellishments fall off, try to reattach them with appropriate fabric glue. For significant damage, consult a professional shoe repair service.
Check the buckle mechanism for any obstructions. If the issue persists, the buckle may need to be replaced by a professional.
Minor scratches on the platform can sometimes be buffed out. However, if they're deep, it's best to have them professionally repaired to maintain the look.
There is no specific "setup" required for these heels. They are ready to wear upon purchase.
