No, the Flex Task Operator Chair is designed with a mid-back profile and does not include a headrest.
Yes, the armrests are modular and can be left off during the assembly process if you prefer a slim-profile chair.
The seat features high-quality cushioning suitable for extended use, though it is a solid upholstery material rather than mesh.
All necessary hardware and an Allen key are included in the packaging.
Yes, it features a pneumatic gas lift for quick and easy height adjustments.
Check that the gas lift cylinder is fully inserted into the mechanism and verify the adjustment lever is not obstructed.
Re-tighten all bolts connecting the seat mechanism to the chair base, as vibrations can loosen hardware over time.
Adjust the tension control knob usually located under the seat to loosen or tighten the resistance of the synchro tilt.
Assembly is straightforward but recommended to be done on a soft surface to protect the white finish. Ensure all bolts are tightened in a cross-pattern to maintain structural integrity. For daily care, wipe the white surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may discolor the material. Keep the base free of debris, such as carpet fibers or dust, to ensure the casters continue to roll silently and smoothly. The chair is compatible with standard height-adjustable standing desks and fixed-height workstations alike.
