Troubleshooting
Pushchair does not fold correctly
Ensure the seat unit is in the upright position and that no accessories are obstructing the folding mechanism. Refer to the manual's folding instructions for the correct sequence.
Wheels are stiff or difficult to turn
Check the wheels for any debris or blockages. Clean the wheel axles and the wheel housing. If the issue persists, consider lubricating the wheel bearings as per the manufacturer's recommendation.
Carrycot or seat unit not securely attached
Verify that the carrycot or seat unit has clicked firmly into place on the chassis. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged. Consult the manual for proper attachment procedures.
Suspension feels ineffective
Confirm that the suspension components are clean and free from dirt or debris. The dynamic suspension is designed for moderate terrain; very heavy loads or extreme conditions may affect perceived performance.
