Is assembly required for the entire set?

How do I clean the rattan material?

You can clean the synthetic rattan with a damp cloth or by using a garden hose on a gentle setting. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Troubleshooting

Table wobbles after assembly

Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely. Check that the table legs are correctly aligned and that the surface it's placed on is even.

Cushions feel damp after rain

Although water-resistant, heavy or prolonged rain can saturate the cushions. Remove cushions and allow them to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area, preferably in the sun. Ensure the removable covers are also fully dry.

Rattan appears faded

While UV resistant, prolonged intense sun exposure can gradually affect color. Ensure the all-weather cover is used when the set is not in regular use, especially during peak summer months.

Parasol does not stand upright

Check that the parasol is inserted correctly into the base and the table. Ensure the parasol base is stable and on a level surface. For very windy locations, consider adding extra weight to the base.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Durable and weather-resistant materials suitable for various climates.
  • Comfortable and stylish seating with thick, padded cushions.
  • Includes a parasol and base, offering a complete outdoor solution.
  • Easy to clean and maintain with simple washing methods.
  • Long-term warranty provides peace of mind.

Cons

  • Assembly is required for the table and parasol base.
  • The parasol base has a moderate weight (12kg) which might require additional weight in very windy conditions.
  • While cushions are water-resistant, prolonged heavy rain might still saturate them, requiring drying time.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Unpack all components and verify against the included parts list.
  2. Assemble the dining table according to the provided instructions. This typically involves attaching the legs to the tabletop.
  3. Assemble the parasol base, which may require filling or assembly as per its specific instructions.
  4. Place the chairs around the table. The chairs are delivered fully assembled.
  5. Insert the parasol into the base and then into the table's umbrella hole.

Compatibility:

  • The set is designed for outdoor use on patios, decks, or lawns.
  • The table has a central hole suitable for standard-sized parasols.

Care:

  • Frame and Rattan: Clean using a damp cloth or a garden hose on a gentle setting. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or high-pressure washing.
  • Cushions: The seat cushions have removable, zip-off covers that can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle (check care label). Allow cushions to dry thoroughly before re-attaching or storing.
  • Parasol: When not in use, or in very windy conditions, close and secure the parasol. Consider removing it during storms.
  • Storage: While the set is all-weather, prolonged exposure to extreme conditions can be mitigated by using the provided cover or storing cushions indoors during winter months.
