TV lift is not rising smoothly

Ensure the TV weight is within limits and check that no cables are snagging in the lift mechanism.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The bed arrives flat-packed and requires a comprehensive assembly process; it is recommended that at least two people assist with construction to ensure the frame and hydraulic mechanisms are aligned correctly. The base is compatible with most standard mattresses, but ensure your chosen TV does not exceed the 43-inch maximum limit or the specified depth requirements for the compartment. For care, wipe the black leather upholstery with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and prevent cracking. Periodically check that all bolts and hardware associated with the ottoman hinges and TV lift are tightened to ensure quiet and safe operation.
